Rules
Any additional requests (including use of equipment in the kitchen) has to be discussed with the owner prior. Be respectful of the space and any equipment in it. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no trash disposal at the property). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Keep as you found. Anything lost or stolen has to be reimbursed.
