No smoking inside. No noise. Be considerate of other businesses working next door. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, no M18 or higher). Everything has to be returned to its original condition.
