Available for use are the sales floor, office, bathroom, back store, exterior. IMPORTANT: You can shoot for less than 12 hours. Rate will become: student - $150 per hour, independent - $250 per hour, commercial - $350 per hour. To shoot during business hours the rate will be higher and negotiated case by case. Business Hours: Tue-Sat (11AM-8PM), Sun (12PM-6PM), Mon - Closed.

Fees apply: utility use - $200, personnel - $200. Small productions (up to 10 people) - fees can be discussed depending on the type of the activity and the length of the shoot. Walls can only be painted where there is no brick. Rearranging things has to be discussed with the owner prior to the shoot. Everything has to be returned to its original condition. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, no M18 or higher).
