Main Store and Restroom. Rates stated are for week days only. Weekend rates: Student - $2000 for 12 hours, Independent - $2500 for 12 hours. All commercial rates (week days and weekends) are negotiable depending on the scale - $5000 for 12 hours is the starting rate. Overnight rates for all productions are negotiable.

Rules
Everything that has to be used has to be discussed with the owner prior to the shoot. Be respectful of the space. Ram board on the floor. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no trash disposal at the property). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Keep as you found. Anything used, lost or stolen has to be reimbursed.
