Two Story, Newly renovated, well-lit office building for your next filming location! Very quiet residential area with lots of street parking. The office includes: 3 executive offices, conference room, mezzanine overlooking the warehouse, an open warehouse with a skylight, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, break room, and an open office area with cubicles. Rate stated is for WEEKENDS only (both day and night) - 12 hour minimum. WEEK DAY shoots are allowed from 6PM-6AM only (night time) - WEEK DAY rates: Student - $700 for 12 hours, Independent - $1000 for 12 hours, Commercial - $1200 for 12 hours. Week days minimum 6 hours.

Rules
Painting walls or making holes in the walls has to be negotiated prior to the shoot. Do not use the forklift in the warehouse. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Keep as you found. More rules have to be discussed prior to the shoot.
