Filming Studio with standing sets. The entire studio is pre-lit, so very minimal lighting is needed if any. Sets include Ofice Space and Cubicles Set, Grocery Store Aisle (need items for shelves), Equipment Room, Pre-lit Room with 3 teleprompters with White Seamless Backdrop, Green Screen Backdrop, Makeup Station and Dressing Room, Retail Counter (work in progress). Large parking lot with plenty of spaces nearby. We have a swing set area that can be fully customized. There are central AC and power throughout. We also have light stands and C-stands to use.

Please clean up after yourself and leave the place the way you found it. We have vacuums, brooms, and mops in case you make a mess. We have waters in the mini-fridge to take as needed. There is a limited amount so if you need more than a few, please bring them. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters).
