Rules
Cleaning fee is $200 if not left clean. Please bring your own generator. Electricity available only for very small productions. No loud amplified music. Inside Bathroom is available for $75 an hour - student, $100 an hour - independent, $145 an hour - commercial. Porta Potty is available for $90 flat fee for student, $120 flat fee for Indie, $150 flat fee for commercial. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters).
