Respect the property and the neighbors. No smoking inside. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). If you need to bring a pet please let us know in advance. Parking for Crew and Cast must be spread out on the nearby streets. No more than 1-2 Equipment Trucks allowed to park on the street in front of the house. Everything must be cleaned and brought to the original condition after the shoot. Must notify neighbors if there are loud scenes, music, violence, etc. No excessive unnecessary noise, please.
