Large Martial Arts Gym
A locally owned, large open-space martial arts gym (previously an airplane hangar). Exceptional lighting and one of the largest martial arts spaces in Los Angeles. Weekends are strongly preferred for filming. Rates stated are for non-business hours only. Business Hours are M-F: 7AM-9PM, Saturday 10AM-12PM. Open to negotiation for closing down during business hours depending on the day, gym schedule, etc. These times for closedown most likely will include Friday evening or Saturday morning. Open to negotiation for overnight shoots for extra pay.

Rules
Everything can be used except the loft upstairs. Mat care is a priority. If mats are kept down for shooting, no shoes are allowed, boards must be laid down for equipment, etc. If shooting requires mats to be rolled up and stowed, an additional charge will be negotiated. Please clean up and return everything to how it was received. Tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
