If any kind of smoking is done in the house there will be an automatic charge starting at $1500 for smell remediation and can be much higher. Any form of cigarettes, weed, Tabacco found in the house will justify that smoking was done. Any damages to the wall will be charged $200 a wall painting fee. Lost key fee $150. No parties or extra quests allowed other than the number of people discussed prior to the shoot. All dishes need to be washed and put away. There will be an additional $150 cleaning fee if dirty dishes are left. Respect the property and the neighbors. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters) otherwise you will be charged a fee. House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher).
