Coworking Office Space, open and enclosed areas. RATES stated are for productions up to 20 people only. Here are the rates for productions up to 60 people: student - $150 an hour, independent - $300 an hour, commercial - $500 an hour. In most cases, the FILMING HOURS are the hours outside of business hours. Weekends and nights are best. Weekdays are not as flexible, but feel free to inquire. Business Hours are: M-F 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday 12 PM to 5 PM. Sundays - closed, except in case of special events.

Some occupied offices cannot be used. Please check at the time of scouting. Drug-Free. Everything has to be discussed with staff and management prior to the shoot. Please be respectful. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of property dumpsters).
